Ngày 7/9, Sở Xây Dựng Hà Nội đã tổ chức cuộc họp về việc sản xuất và cung cấp vật liệu lát hè trên địa bàn. Theo kết quả khảo sát của cơ quan chức năng, hiện nay tại Hà Nội nhiều giai đoạn cải tạo, nâng cấp, vật liệu lát hè được sử dụng phổ biến là gạch block tự chèn, tiếp đó là gạch bê tông xi măng và gạch Terazzo. Bó ô trồng cây chủ yếu xây bằng gạch chỉ không trát. Tuy nhiên thực tế nhiều tuyến phố hiện nay đang xuống cấp gây ảnh hưởng đến việc đi lại an toàn của người đi bộ và cảnh quan, văn minh đô thị. 

Nguyên nhân chủ yếu được xác định là do nhiều nhà sản xuất cung cấp vật liệu lát hè nêu trên sử dụng công nghệ sản xuất chế tạo khác nhau, chất lượng không đồng đều. Nền hè chưa đảm bảo chất lượng do thiếu sót trong công tác quản lý chất lượng, nghiệm thu vật tư, vật liệu và giám sát thi công các chủ đầu tư…

“Tại nhiều tuyến phố, gạch lát được vài tháng là bắt đầu mất màu và xuất hiện hiện tượng rỗ mặt. Kết quả, sau vài cơn mưa là bám rêu mốc, không an toàn và mất mỹ quan đô thị. Khả năng chịu tải rất kém, xe tải nhẹ cỡ 1 tấn leo lên là vỡ hết gạch. Độ bền cũng ở mức thấp, gạch lát loại tốt nhất cũng chỉ 3-4 năm là phải thay, dẫn tới tình trạng lấp xuống, đào lên liên tục gây nhiều bức xúc”, ông Lê Văn Dục, Giám đốc Sở Xây dựng cho biết.

Theo Sở Xây dựng, để đảm bảo tính đồng bộ, văn minh và sử dụng lâu bền các công trình hạ tầng, ngày 23/4/2016, Phó Chủ tịch UBND TP Hà Nội Nguyễn Thế Hùng đã có văn bản chỉ đạo, yêu cầu các dự án hạ tầng trên địa bàn thành phố phải thiết kế đồng bộ hào kỹ thuật hạ ngầm đường dây, cáp điện lực, viễn thông, cấp nước… Trong đó, yêu cầu vật liệu lát vỉa hè, bó vỉa là vật liệu tự nhiên, kết cấu bền vững đảm bảo sử dụng 50-70 năm. 

Đối với các diện tích đất không đảm bảo kích thước hình học theo quy định, phải thu hồi ngay, không để tình trạng nhà “siêu mỏng, siêu méo” sau khi hoàn thành dự án…

Thực hiện chỉ đạo của thành phố, Sở Xây dựng đã có văn bản gửi tới các đơn vị sản xuất, cung cấp vật liệu lát hè trên địa bàn thành phố đề nghị xây dựng phương án sản xuất phù hợp với quy định hiện hành.
